New members- Can still order, but will be required to fill out a membership form prior to their order being processed. This can be sent to you digitally, prior to collection or completed on the day.

Members-Upon ordering, please state your membership number in the notes section. Upon collection you will need to fill out a hire agreement form, each time you hire.

Confirmation E-mails- This means our store has received your order, please wait until your order has been processed and you have received an email  confirming collection is ready, before attempting to collect.

Collection dates/times- Please allow 3 working days to process your order (i.e order today for 4 days time),This is to ensure your item will be available and ready for collection..

Please be within 30 minutes of collection and return times.

Marquee's- These are large framed 'pop up' type. They are quite heavy and with the addition of weights, we would recommend they are collected in a van or large vehicle.
